I use them to decorate plastic forks, so I can't comment on durability. Love the color palette and how they aren't all mixed on one sheet - each color is on its own clear plastic sheet in its own plastic wrap so I don't have to worry about colors I'm not using. depend on something else. I shorted out a rhinestone. Not a leaf just a stone (see photo) so I shouldn't be returning the entire batch. Generally they are fine for my one time craft but I don't know how the glue will perform on leather over a long period of time.
