Yes it's cool!
The battery pack is a bit awkward to fit in the charger but ends up holding a much better charge than the originals. I put a fully charged battery in my drill and used it for a couple of days. It then sat unused in my garage for a week and when I used it again it was just as solid as the week before. If you need new batteries, these will keep you happy.
