I bought Keychron K2 (version 2) a few months ago and encountered the following problem: when using the keyboard it suddenly stopped working and the bluetooth driver was removed. . After I fixed my Bluetooth driver, the keyboard didn't detect a Bluetooth connection, but it showed up on my other Bluetooth-enabled devices. My PC can also detect other Bluetooth pairs, so this is not an issue with my PC's Bluetooth connection. The keyboard works great in wired mode, but the main reason I bought this keyboard is wireless. I've tried all recommended troubleshooting steps, e.g. B. Installing firmware, factory reset hotkeys (Fn+Z+J) and any other Bluetooth devices while the keyboard was trying to connect to my PC. Customer service has concluded that I need to purchase an additional Bluetooth dongle ($20), which tells me that Keychron cannot support their own products and Keychron is no stranger to this. The possibility of returning the keyboard to the manufacturer for service was not even discussed. Also note that this keyboard does not come with its own software/drivers and is difficult to connect once charged. Overall I like the aesthetics of the keyboard and the functionality if the keyboard actually worked. Unfortunately, there were too many issues with this keyboard, so my advice would be to spend $100 on a competitor brand and change the keycaps and switches to your liking.
