UPDATE: I'm really upset. In less than 2 months the pillow has split in half in two places (where the foam is thinnest and where it supports my knees/hips). The rubber band has also stretched a lot. I will request a refund and buy something of better quality. I was very skeptical that this pillow would make a difference. I have had chronic hip and lower back pain since I was 16 (now 32). I slept with body pillows and regular pillows between my knees but the pain always stayed. Ever since I bought this pillow my back has felt amazing. My chiropractor even noticed that my back was freer and my lower body wasn't cramped. TO BUY. THE. PILLOW. The strap keeps it in place and it's incredibly comfortable.
