The ability to view all events in one place as well as being able to drill down into them gives us an overview at just about every level we need it! I wish there were more options when drilling-down from Event Viewer logs - sometimes you want different filters than others give you. We use this software with our SCCM 2012 server so any issues or changes are also applied immediately through out entire environment (this was not possible before). This allows me great visibility over my infrastructure without having to go looking everywhere else myself which saves time overall.
