I've tried several water clarifiers as we have pretty bad water here. No matter what you do, the water in the tank changes from a light veil to a full cloud. Filtering the water doesn't help either. I added this to my 36 gallon nose and within 14 hours the water was crystal clear. First time since installation. I added it to my 55s and 30s to see how it does with the light haze. For the night only. He disappeared. Dosing instructions of 2 drops per gallon are a chore to count drops and I used a shot glass to be careful if the drops slipped past me. Next time I will use the syringe after counting the drops and noting the dose in the other two reservoirs. FYI update: I've found this to work correctly at 1ml per ten gallons (1 teaspoon per 50 gallons converted to ml). . So my 55 gallons is 5.5 ml. I ordered some $7 hobby syringes with blunt needles to draw juice into the syringe and meter my reservoirs. Now it takes less than a minute to dose all three reservoirs. This worked correctly for me, but I suggest you do your own dosing tests rather than just relying on my numbers.
