Takes up less space in my fridge

. I'm glad I found this item. I used things in the kitchen to squeeze the tofu, which is great because it's free, but my methods were taking up too much room in my fridge. I find it much more convenient. You can leave it overnight or use it after a few hours. I noticed that a lot of liquid is pushed out at once. In one review they said they turn their tofu into a complete mush. Not sure if they put tiny cubes in or if they squeezed too much into the size of the block of tofu used because mine always came out perfect. For the size of tofu I buy, I just lowered the small elastics to medium. I didn't finish it, maybe it's too much. The only thing I don't like, and it's pretty minor, is that it leaves their logo imprint on the tofu. I just don't like writing about food lol. I know a few other reviews said they broke right away from falling on the floor. I don't know about durability but mine was pretty good. I didn't drop it or be rude to him in any way. As others have said they break and fall to the ground, I try to make sure mine don't fall.
