Review on 🎧 Santana Fuego Carlos Santana NC Black/Red Bluetooth Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds, Neckband Headphones with Remote, Mic, IP64 Water Resistance, 6-Hr Battery, BT by Denise Portis

I was very happy to find these with active noise cancellation (ANC) and excellent performance, plus they are neckless headphones. Add to that the fact that this is a Santana so I was expecting great sound quality. It even arrived in a very nice box. Unfortunately, the ANC does nothing. I tested them and then emailed SantanaSounds with my problem. I explained that the ANC wasn't working and they told me to check how the earbuds fit in my ears. My earbuds fit properly and I explained that earbuds are primarily for passive noise cancellation, not active noise cancellation. After a few back and forth conversations they said someone would call me to discuss this. I never received a call. I have no idea about the sound or call quality because I bought it for ANC and since it didn't work I never tested it elsewhere. They might sound great, but if the main function and reason for purchase don't work, then they can only earn one star. So I returned them.
