They were much better than I expected, I got some presents for my husband and his best friend for Christmas. The slot fits almost any cigar (unless you have something ridiculously thick) and the glass is the perfect size. I was a bit worried when the package arrived because when I picked up the box I heard everything shifting and when I opened it there was absolutely no filling in the box just jars in matching boxes. But when I opened them up to check them before packing them up, they were perfectly intact with no scuffs, cracks or chips on the glass. They appear to be very well made and are made of thick glass. Apart from the non-manufacturer packaging, these are Amazons, the only criticism, if you can even call it that, is the price. I will say they are worth every penny I spent on them but if they were a little cheaper I would have bought a few more at the time. However, I intend to buy more in the future for evenings my husband and I have friends over so our guests can enjoy these glasses. All in all, money well spent!
