I'm starting out with wood burning as a hobby and my friend recommended this wood stove to me. Having tried different wood burning tools I would say that it offers a higher temperature than many of the wood burning pencils I have used in the past. I was quite skeptical that the comments on this product wouldn't heat up, but I decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, this device burns even the densest pieces of wood I have. Even my dad was amazed at how easy it was for me to transfer paint onto wood just by turning on the heater. I mean 550 to 700 depending on how dark you want the stroke to be. This price is excellent and it would be even better if they had a pencil with a thicker tip, I wonder if they offer that. Also. I often use both types of tools when I work. What really stands out is that their customer service is second to none. I thought they didn't include the 20 wood burning tips as advertised. After contacting their support team I got a response in just 2 hours and they were very patient and the tips were in the box. Overall I think the product and service are reasonable for this purchase and I would definitely recommend other people to try it.
