Just received and in use for several days. The stand won't stay in place when you lock it. The entire mount rises and falls as you move. Drive the wrong way over a railroad track or bump in the road and everything will fall apart. As you drive, the vehicle's vibration shakes the mount and your phone keeps flashing "Charging paused" and then "Charging". It doesn't matter how you put your phone in there, the stand is just too flimsy to hold it still. Maybe the plastic on the neck is thicker? Gears to keep the neck from moving up and down, or an improved lock design, that sort of thing. That's neat, of course, but not worth struggling with endlessly. No idea why Revain chose this as "Best" but they were wrong before.
