Great Job Getting New Hires Moving In!!

I liked that we were able to work directly with each employee in order to create an individual plan of action so that they could reach their desired outcome more quickly! It was nice being able to get to know our employees personally. When it came time to hire new staff members, there wasn't much guidance offered because all my questions weren't answered when I reached out via email or phone after receiving information from other sources. Communication between myself and the team at The Custom Group was difficult since I never received any kind of response from anyone within 2-3 days. If you are looking for help getting your job search off the ground, this may be just what you need. We have increased traffic into our website which has led to us hiring several qualified applicants who now do amazing things here every day. I enjoy that my recruiter is always prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls. I am pleased that she has taken the time to get to know me and what I am looking for and works closely with me. I appreciate that she looks at multiple opportunities rather than just one. I wish the process could be streamlined a bit more but overall, it's been enjoyable so far! They have helped me secure a great position which was not easy to do without this service.
