I liked that they were able to place me in an open position so quickly after submitting my application online. They did not seem too interested in filling out forms or getting additional information from applicants until we met at our first interview. I love having connections in so many different industries! Some people don't like that aspect but it's what makes this job fun because there are never any dull days around here!! You're constantly meeting new clients who come into our office every week & you have an opportunity everyday at work too (whether they want your advice or not). Nothing really comes across time when doing my day-to-day duties - which can be very repetitive sometimes if we do something over n' again hahaa Just remember

I liked that we were able to work directly with each employee in order to create an individual plan of action so that they could reach their desired outcome more quickly! It was nice being able to get to know our employees personally.
