I liked that they were able to place me in an open position so quickly after submitting my application online. They did not seem too interested in filling out forms or getting additional information from applicants until we met at our first interview. It was difficult to get through to anyone once you got past voicemail. There seemed like there was some confusion about whether it would be better to wait before hiring someone who had been unemployed for several months. We are trying to hire people right away but have found little success doing this via phone only interviews.
