I don't need this because I'm a big workout fan. I broke my ankle about 11 years ago and felt like it would never recover the way I would have liked. I just massaged the area that was bothering me so I felt like rolling the area. Dude, once I plugged this in and charged it works fantastic. Of course the performance and finally the price. I was curious about other items I saw at a much higher price and in my opinion they are not needed or need to be considered. I need it. I also had to try it on my forearms, calves, pecs and armpits and it's just perfect. many years ago? This is definitely one of those items. Thank you later for this review.
