It's about misleading advertising and a less attractive heater than I thought.

The heater company doesn't show the side and back in their photos, which aren't nearly as attractive as the front. It's just a cage containing a small piece of a standard electric heating element with a fancy finish. I didn't even turn it on. In reality it looks very different and did not meet my expectations at all. If you're buying one, you really should know what you're getting in terms of looks.

Pros

POWERFUL PERFORMANCE: The unit's 1000W of power is delivered to the room via a touch panel faucet and large blue backlit LCD display to suit individual preferences and seasonal hot and cold sensibilities.
