Unlike another Steinbrucke folding knife I recently reviewed, this one arrived with great action right out of the box. Without having to make any adjustments, the spring assisted blade deployment is quick, snappy, and fully locks the blade in place every time I open it.To those unfamiliar with the brand, don't be fooled by the name - Steinbrucke is a Chinese brand, selling mostly "knock off" designs from well known and established brands.This particular knife, comes with a 3.4" Sandvik 14C28N blade that provides a 2 inch straight edge, followed by 1.4 inches of a serrated edge. The blade arrived razor sharp with great edge retention so far. Great balance to the knife and easy one hand operation. Liner lock engages fully to secure the blade in place and prevent accidents. Window breaker point located at the end of the knife.This knife has a deep carry belt clip that is reversible for ambidextrous use. Great jimping on the spine, and where you need it, providing the perfect amount of grip. The knife has a decent heft to it, but still very suitable for EDC use.Overall, great knife from Steinbrucke.
