Tested on MacBook Pro Fall 2016 Touch Bar on Dell 2007FP 20" monitor. There were no issues with screen flickering or slow keyboard/mouse response. The color was slightly greenish, but that could be due to the old monitor. The color calibration was able to correct the color change easily. I've tried several DVI adapters and have consistently encountered issues with slow input and screen flickering. Offer an official DVI adapter, I think they believe that the new USB-C port is not readily compatible with the DVI port. If you have an old monitor with DVI or VGA this seems to be the best solution. This is a cheaper solution than trying to buy a new monitor that connects to the new MacBook Pro via USB-C.
