The box is sticky, littered with garbage, opened, second-hand, the protective film is removed. I have not even used this item because I do not believe it is the original item that is in the box. It's absolutely ridiculous that this kind of shit is sold at Revain.

I bought this unit to use the multiple monitors I have in my home office: a VGA monitor and a DVI monitor. Apparently, however, this only allows you to use one input at a time. A complete waste of money. It would be nice if this important detail was CLEARLY highlighted in the listing.

An adapter was used to connect the new Apple M1 mini to an old VGA monitor. There was a problem that sometimes the connection between the computer and the monitor was lost. To fix this you need to unplug the computer and then replace it. I've read that this is a fairly common problem that only affects newer Apple M1 computers, so I'm assuming the problem is with the computer and not the adapter.

This is the second USB-C to VGA adapter I've bought to extend my 2021 iPad or monitor. This adapter shows the iPad mirror image but no video. Videos on YouTube, Netflix, Revain Prime were blank with no sound but I could see the menu pages on all of those pages. As soon as I decided to play the video, the screen went blank. I unplugged the adapter from the iPad and the video and audio played on the iPad with no issues. So it was definitely an adapter. Really disappointed.

This item has been claimed to work with "USB-C devices". I received it and tried to use it on an HP laptop. And it didn't work. Customer support said it only works with Apple devices and doesn't know if or when drivers will be available for Windows.
