Review on QuadraNet by Michael Welborn

Quick response time, friendly customer service staff who was always eager to help us out with any questions or issues that we had! I wish there could be more open hours for people to have access at times when it's not business as usual during peak office hours, but other than being an issue we haven't heard much negative feedback about. Their services provide great redundancy backup power options of all aspects including electrical/power/water, so one system failure doesn't mean you lose everything (they do it every day). The customer service is great! I have never had any issues with them or their staff since we moved into our facility back 3 years ago now (and previously when they were still out of state). We use quadranet for all types if services from webhosting to email through mailchimp campaigns etc.. It's been easy so far but i'm sure there will be days where things won't go as planned however it hasn’t happened yet - which has made me happy!!
