Definitely not a "slim fit", at 5'11" and 155 lbs almost two people fit in this so-called "medium" shirt. Also, there are no cuffs on the sleeves ., the tube of the sleeve is simply hemmed at the end, so nothing prevents the sleeves from rolling up and cold air can go directly into the arm.Basically, if you have a barrel-shaped torso and short arms, this shirt is for you .
