I recently added long dreadlocks and wanted to go to FLORIDA. Swimming, pool and beach awaits. I dared and it was amazing! I tried swimming without it first and the hair was SUPER heavy. So no matter what I look like. big purple helmet. I tried. I was very surprised. It held ALL my hair and allowed me to swim, dive and frolic as usual. It takes a little getting used to and it's tight (which it is) but once you're hit by a wave with a head full of heavy dreadlocks you'll appreciate the CAP for what it was meant to be! And after the removal, the hair is dry and looks great again. Hair without the smell of sea or chlorine. Well worth it and will be buying as a gift for ALL my friends and family who have dreadlocks, long braids or thick heavy buns! I did everything to enjoy my trip and the water experience! ITS WORTH IT!
