My wife's car accident could not be recorded, although she still angrily yelled "goodbye" when you parked the car. So we had no indication that anything was wrong and it would have been a waste of time and money. I set this up myself and know I've got the cycle settings right as this is my third setup. The SD card reads fine, but the WiFi has stopped working on the device so I can't connect directly to check the settings. Hyperion technical support has not responded for a week, contacted by phone, email or through the form on the website.
