I'm a climber looking for a handheld massager and it's my fault for not reading the detailed description. I bought this because I thought it would massage. Well it isn't. It has an inflatable pouch with pressure points inside that inflates rhythmically around your hand and wrist for a few minutes (doesn't seem to have a timer, but it works for about 10 minutes). It features intensity, mode, vibration, and heat controls. My wife seems to like it so we decided to keep it. She's a graphic designer, so she uses her hands all day, every day, and this device seems to help her hands categorically. Improvements seemed to occur immediately after the first week of use.
