I was very disappointed with the product. There were absolutely no directions or directions. At first glance, you might think it's just a matter of sliding your hands into the object, but once that's complete, when you start moving your shoulders to start the swing, the device begins to slide over your hand slide and prevents the swing to complete at will. I'm not muscled or weak, so I couldn't properly use this item. I thought this device would help recover my strokes after illness, but it didn't. I think having access to a DVD or manual would help." Wouldn't recommend as I can't take advantage or compare.
