Overall the product seems to be strong built, but it is more like a thick window screen. in the pictures it seemed to have a more solid fabric on the inside of it so it would actually block the sun, I can see right through this thing and there is no way that it would be able to stop water from leaking through it like the original one did. it was expensive and a pain to put on in general by myself so I would not purchase it again and beware, if you are looking for something solid to actually block the sun look elsewhere for a replacement canopy. Unfortunately I took the tags off so I would not be able to return it at this point.
