I received this case to protect my external hard drive, a 2TB WD My Passport Studio. This is more than small-capacity drives, and reviews warn that some other options are not suitable. After carefully measuring my case and checking the dimensions given in the specs, I bought it based on the great reviews. I am very satisfied and recommend it unreservedly. The case is sturdy and offers excellent protection. The inner lining is soft and well padded. There is an elastic band that holds the case in place and prevents it from wobbling during movement. However, the two cables that come with the HD: USB and Firewire are not suitable if you have a drive of this size. They must be kept separate. For smaller drive cables, a smaller inner sheath will probably suffice. Generally EXCELLENT CASE!
