I don't know why this shoe has no reviews yet. I'm new to indoor cycling. I just received a 49 lb flywheel bike from Sunny Health & Fitness. (Note: Have a second person help move the shipping box and be prepared to carry the heaviest item to where you need it (especially down or up stairs). Shoes: These shoes have a roomy fit and they are in my set in cm).Measure from your heel to toe in cm.It fits perfectly, maybe a little space.In other words, perfect fit.No toes or toe bunching.It's also very easy on your mountain bike to attach DO NOT remove the sole pad, the cleats should be screwed OVER the plastic on the underside of the sole where the cleats are located. On some boots this part needs to be removed but the cleats are already underneath, you just need to take out your set of buckles/locks to put them on. Love these shoes, I also put some lube on the screws so I can change or remove the cleats if needed to fit new boots (probably the same brand although they don't seem to be wearing out anytime soon) Happy with the purchase!
