I have tried a lot of these and this one is the most comfortable and breathable that I have found. I no longer wake up with my face sweaty and dents in my scalp from the thickness of the upper straps. Well worth the money.

At first, I did not like this. and I added a sweatband underneath it. The sweatband is tighter than the chin strap and keeps the sweatband on. But after wearing it more, I am adjusting to it and don't need the sweatband. I do like the fact that the chin strap doesn't leave marks.

I purchased this chinstrap to try and keep my mouth closed so I didn’t breathe through my mouth at night while I slept. I also purchased mouth tape which can be expensive so I decided to buy the strap instead. The strap is comfortable and made of nice fabric and I like the idea but the strap did not keep my mouth closed. I will return.

I have used this for five nights and a few naps and have not woken up with a dry mouth, sore tonsils, nor a headache. This does what it says, it keeps your mouth closed. Excellent!

Didn't help me, because I snore through my nose, apparently. If you snore through your mouth, this will probably help, and I recommend trying it.

this chin strap is very comfortable to wear if you need one to wear with your C pap this one is great.it fits great and stays in place all night

Maybe my girlfriend is a really special case. I will have to try several products. So far, neither the silicone magnetic nose strip, or this chin strap have worked. She actually seemed to snore louder with it on due to the constriction. I tried to adjust it, but it did not work. She seemed to snore through her chest with it on. Her mouth was closed. She is very heavy and consistent. Im a night owl and always fall asleep after her. l have to keep working on this very serious issue.

This might work if you make it super tight, but when you make it super tight, it makes your head and neck numb. Doesn't seem safe/healthy.

UPDATE 10.15.2020: The vendor sent me an updated version of the chin strap, I will try it and will update the review.I really wanted to work but well by wife made a video and my snoring was the same.It does not work!

Not very comfortable. It does the trick but you have to fall asleep first without feeling smothered. It’s not very think material and you will wake up with a big ring around your chin, where it stuck out through a hole all night.

I like the vented material feel. The size runs on the small side. I hope it will stretch out to fit better. If your face is small, this should be a good chinstrap for you.

This does not work as well as the "halo" type straps do. It let my mouth open too much unless I tightened it so much that it gave me a headache.
