Great idea just didn’t work for me. Will be returning.
I purchased this chinstrap to try and keep my mouth closed so I didn’t breathe through my mouth at night while I slept. I also purchased mouth tape which can be expensive so I decided to buy the strap instead. The strap is comfortable and made of nice fabric and I like the idea but the strap did not keep my mouth closed. I will return.

- May not be effective for those with severe sleep apnea
