I have never written a review for this product but I had to. Let's start by saying that the packaging was fine and the installation was easy and the quality seemed good. However, the Android device software was not working and was outdated. After installing it, I spent hours trying to get Apple Carplay to work, but I got the message "Hardware error, no MFi#". I've spent more hours on the forums and found that I need to download the latest software via USB that supports IOS 14. After updating the software it still didn't work. Updating via USB itself was an extremely difficult and lengthy process as I was only able to figure it out through forums and videos. Why couldn't they just update us over Wi-Fi? Or better yet, update your product before shipping? I'm writing this review for anyone who might be looking to buy, especially Apple CarPlay (like me) and I'm saddened to give such a low rating as I really wanted this product to work.
