Update: Despite the usefulness of a vacuum, my husband switched to another trimmer as it cannot cut a consistent length. A crap and a big waste of money for him to sit in the closet. Back: My husband has only used it twice so I will definitely update my rating if anything changes. But so far it's working fine. The guard is very thick and this makes it difficult to shave consistently. He doesn't seem able to shave under his nose and under his lower lip with the same length setting, so I have to trim it by hand with scissors. His latest razor didn't have such a bulky guard and it was easy to get a consistent length. Although I like the vacuum chamber. Helps a lot with cleaning!
