The good news is that there are many sizes so you can find the right fit. The bad news is that you have add-ons that you don't use! I only need them on my big toe! They have really helped stretch and straighten a twisted toenail I suctioned over 40 years ago. Great for sandals as we have warm weather 8 months out of the year. My husband helped me with his needle nose pliers which I now have on my bedside table. I wear the feathers for a few weeks and then take them off for a few weeks. They really help with toe pain on the side of the nail.
