Good parchment good for me

Parchment paper has so many uses! I like that this is a big roll that I can cut to size. I use it for my parrot's cage and perches as liner. It's also used for cooking, but especially broiling, as it's healthier to use than aluminum foil at high temperatures. I use it daily and it lasts at least a couple of months.

Pros

Great value and the parchment paper works great in the oven when we roast veggies or make cookies.

Unsuitable for high-temperature cooking

Seem thicker than the white bleached sheets, but just as nonstick and easy to use in air fryer.
