Bought this for my 7 year old grandson who wanted to track his steps after seeing my Fitbit. It has many functions including blood pressure and body temperature. He quickly understood some things that I didn't even understand. And you can turn off notifications as it needs to be connected to the phone, but if you turn off notifications for text messages and such in the app that comes with the bracelet, that's great! My grandson does more sport and plays outside more because he wants to track his steps and see how healthy he is.
