After trying this cleaning tool, I was completely let down. It was difficult to use and did not clean well... The only positive experience was that it was lightweight. However, this does not outweigh the fact that it did not effectively clean my windows. I would not RECOMMEND this product to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning tool for their household.
