Kastar needs to check the connection details. This connection is not what I need/expect for my device. I look forward to Kastar contacting me to resolve this issue and send me another set of batteries. Happy to get back to you with an update: a Kastar rep called and sent in replacement batteries that were still not properly connected. Then they sent me another pair with matching connectors (one battery was defective so they swapped that out too). They kept trying to send me a matching pair of batteries until I was satisfied. I declare that I am now. Thank you Kastar!
