Not as advertised. on computer and accessories

Advertised as 3.1 GHz. were 1.8GHz. much slower. I think they think most people don't know how to test a processor's speed. It's simple, open Startup, type msconfig and click OK. Then open Task Manager and click Performance. The upper left corner is your information. I tried two out of two vendors and they were both slow. I returned both! hp You can also turn off programs running in the background there. Just be very careful which Windows programs you can close. They are easy to identify.
