works great! Very happy! My kids have been using this dispenser in the master bathroom for 6 weeks now. I attached it to the large bathroom mirror with velcro. THERE IS A TRICK IN DISTRIBUTION! If you want to take out your paper towel without tearing it to shreds, YOU HAVE TO PULL STRAIGHT DOWN. That's all. Easy! There are four sharp corners near the center of the slit that you pull the paper towel through. If you pull forward instead of down, the paper towel will snag and tear. Very annoying! I bought a large box of folded Costco and Velcro paper towels for a few dollars from Walmart. Hope this information helps!
