So away from paper towels. Buying reusable paper towels is cheaper and provides a more useful "SHEET" of paper. This product helps me keep a lot of folded towels around my house and doesn't look too commercial. I put mine right next to the kitchen sink. The dispenser was fairly easy to install with the 2 screws provided. It's strong enough to dispense paper towels, but the plastic is flimsy. I'm not sure how well it will withstand a fall from one of its sharp corners onto what appears to be a tiled floor. Your description says that customers have problems with paper towels breaking into pieces when trying to pull them out. I solved this problem. It's actually a very durable holder. They stretch pretty well when you pull out the starter cloth. Instead of screwing to the wall I used 6 velcro command strips. Two heavy ones on all corners of the back and two smaller ones in the middle. After it stuck to the wall and allowed the hour to set safely, I loaded it up with paper towels and put the cap on.
