Tested and Passed for my opinion

It works as intended. I received 2 pouches today and tested both. I inserted dry, white paper towels in each pouch and submerged both for 10 minutes. I put weights on both pouches to hold them under water, otherwise they float. Both pouches came out with paper towels bone-dry. I'm satisfied. I do have one concern however, and that is with the tie-string that connects the pouch to the lanyard clip. It looks like it's just a string. I hope it is stronger than it looks. I tried to break it by pulling on it, and it wouldn't snap or break. Also it's the same type of string used on my Cannon Camera Straps which I've had for years and they never broke.
