Just received, time will tell. This is a standard HP laptop. Exiting S mode was easy. I've managed to backup and sync my accounts in a relatively short amount of time. There have been some difficulties connecting Bluetooth devices, but tomorrow is a new day to find out. I've been looking forward to Office products for a year, but that only seems to be the online versions. Will explore more. I hope this isn't false advertising. **Upgrade** 1 year MS Office was free, it only took a few days after registering my device to get it. The blue tooth now also connects normally. Today I found 1 bug. I downloaded Zoom and the background filters were not supported for my meeting because the AMD processor (graphics) was not high enough. It was a bummer, but not a deal breaker. It just needed a little tidying up to tidy up the recording room. I also tried playing some cheap online RPGs and they were very slow and I think that was mainly due to the graphics card as well. However, for all other work and home tasks I needed, it works great.
