I have a 2021 Lenovo Yoga 15. Great all round laptop with dedicated graphics card. No complaints. I've done a lot of research on Thunderbolt/USB-C docking stations that fit me when I'm at home, using my 32" 4K monitor and peripherals. When I bought the laptop, I didn't realize that TB's max power is currently 100W. As a result, I couldn't power on my laptop directly from either dock at all. I don't blame this dock. Ports and port options I've seen on every TB dock I've researched. Combined with the fact that it was a Lenovo dock (I suspected all the features might work on my Yoga as they would do on the ThinkPad line), I pulled the trigger and bought it. Everything worked great except for Power Delivery - my Yoga 15 needs 130W. Too bad, but I could live with that. The main fault of this docking station and why I returned it is that it periodically resets the external video signal from the laptop in the middle, it works for me. I thought it was a mistake. The same thing happened every few minutes for a week. The only way to fix this problem is to unplug the Thunderbolt connector and plug it back in. This is unacceptable. With this deficiency, it is impossible to do any work. I returned the Lenovo Dock and have since "upgraded" to the stable Dell WD19TB. While my newest dock does NOT have as many ports as Lenovo's, it doesn't suffer from the fatal video bug that is key. Reliability.
