I don't know if the one I have is defective or if it's meant to look like it, but based on previous reviews I'm pretty sure this product is junk. Even in the most reclined position, I would never put my child there! Itchy, rough fabric is held in place with Velcro. Also, it's almost impossible to put little legs up and down in the back. I've pinched my fingers twice and just given up. Judging by the video, it also has music and vibrations. Spoilers, it isn't. It was a big waste of money!
