(1) The vertical slot on the motherboard is not wide enough to accommodate a USB cable. The only option would be to make the slot wider to allow the cable to be placed horizontally. (2) Also, the card was advertised as USB 3.1, but the packaging said USB 3. (3) There were no written specifications or other information to clarify this. (4) I tried to contact the company about this but got no response. I had no choice but to return the product.
