Dirty/Unhygienic/Poor Quality/Unreliable

The product was dirty / possibly even moldy with a repulsive smell. I ran water through without coffee grounds, the liquid came out brown. I could also be goodwill :/. I expected it to be at least clean. The quality/construction is not solid and dirty. The metal frame bends very easily. The water tank slides out easily by turning the handle of the coffee filter. It damaged some of my other personal belongings. I would not invest in an unreliable product. It's sad because this experience makes me avoid the brand as a whole.

Pros

VOLUME: The detachable water tank holds 1.3 liters or 0.33 gallons. - Enough water for 6 cups of coffee. Using a Passionata espresso machine allows everyone to be satisfied and enjoy caffeine without the hassle of refilling.
