As a professional sailor, I bought this reference chart to prepare for an exam and to keep my knowledge of traffic rules from atrophying. It's very well structured, easy to read and pretty much contains everything you need to know before you get in the water. It's made of hard plastic, so you don't have to protect it from the elements.
