The alarm is easy to see and is supported by vibration. The grooming device's small size makes it easy to attach to a belt, but difficult to detach. The cable on the transmitter allows you to hang it within reach. If I had to make changes I would raise the transmitter button a bit to make it easier to activate, but now it's easy enough to press. I would add a volume control to the sister unit but that's secondary as they chose a good volume level. I could also turn off the sound to just vibrate. Overall, I am very satisfied with this device and can recommend it. It's a good nurse call system and saved me from creating my own.
