Too watery and not thick enough to stain fabric, runs a little like watercolor
I recently purchased the Tulip Soft Matte Fabric Iridescent Paint Kit (P/N 31653) and was impressed by the The opacity and thickness of the color is impressive. Dye. I purchased this 15 piece Brush-On Pain palette kit (P/N 40573) and was very disappointed with the thickness of the fabric paint, it was much thinner and ran a little like watercolor when applied. If you're looking for a light pigment for white fabrics this might work, but if you're looking for dense pigment coverage I wouldn't recommend this particular kit.
