The support team are very helpful in answering any questions I have about their product or service! They're always quick at replying back too me as well which makes it easier for us creatives who work from home sometimes struggle when working remotely without constant communication/support via email etc..
Sometimes our clients can be quite slow responding but that's just because they've got more important things going through there mind than sending out emails haha :) We use getcreativenetwork mainly so we could easily send digital files of designs over FTP services such has dropbox - no need anymore (and less hassle) plus you don't pay extra if your client wants them printed off instead like most other companies do nowadays!!
